What to have ready for the call
- What needs washing: siding, roof, driveway, walks, patios, decks, fences and gutter fronts.
- What it is made of: vinyl, fiber cement, painted wood, stucco, brick, shingle, concrete, pavers, wood or vinyl rail.
- How many stories, and how much of the roof shows from the ground.
- Plants and pets near the walls or the drive.
- The outside spigot location, and whether the water pressure there is weak.
- The yard gate, access to the back, and anything on a timeline (a sale, an open house, people coming over).
- What has been bothering you most about how the place looks.
If something is heavy, breakable or hard to move, say so when you call. The crew moves what it can on the day of the wash, but a head start helps.
